Refund Policy

Original withdrawal letter should be submitted at least 30 days prior to departure to ensure timely processing. Until the withdrawal letter is submitted, no other school document will be distributed. If the withdrawal request is made before the start of the academic year, tuition will be refunded with a deduction of a %10 penalty from the total tuition fee. If the withdrawal request is made during the school year, the %10 penalty will be deducted from the annual fee and the remaining amount of the tuition will be refunded on a monthly pro-rated basis.
