Round Square is a worldwide association of schools which share a commitment to personal development and responsibility through the six pillars of Internationalism, Democracy, Environment, Adventure, Leadership and Service as part of a fundamental objective – the full and individual development of every student into a whole person. This commitment is reflected in life at Keystone International Schools – both within the curriculum and beyond the classroom.
Keystone International Schools became a candidate member of Round Square in the year of 2019. We attended an international conference in September, 2019. So far a delegation of 2 students led by the RS Representative has visited India. We have also been a part of the student and teacher exchange programs. In the year 2020, we will host 1 boy from a RS School in Peru for three week’s time. This student will stay with the host family (parents of our school) and attend classes with his buddies. We have actively participated in service projects. Our students participated in the Eurasia Marathon for the benefit of Tohum Autism Foundation and took responsibility for the sale of the products of the same foundation. They organized a bottle cap collection campaign to support the Association of Spinal Cord Paralysis. Through the Giving train campaign, they raised donations to meet the clothing needs of students at the sister school. They organized stationery aid to the students of another school in Kars.
